FAQ
-
Why has my tracking number not been updated recently?
It is quite common for the tracking on international orders to not update for weeks.
There are two main reasons for this: first, once your package leaves the United States the tracking link that I sent you may stop updating, to fix this, go to your local postal service's website and enter the tracking number there.
The second reason could be that your package is backed up in a busy customs facility awaiting clearance.
- Why are your kits so expensive?
It takes a lot of money and time to design the models, buy all the parts, make the instructions, and sort out the pieces for each kit, so I have to charge a lot to make it worth it.
- Do your kits include real Lego?
Yes, all my kits are made with 100% real Lego pieces unless stated otherwise.
- Will I have to pay a VAT on my order?
Every country's laws are different, but if you are an international customer(outside the US), you will probably have to pay a VAT and/or other fees when your package arrives in your country.
- How often do you restock your kits?
I try to restock the popular kits as soon as possible which is usually about 2-3 weeks after they sell out.
- When will you release new kits?
It takes a while to create a new product, but I try to release a new kit every 1-2 months. - How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders typically take a week to arrive while international orders take about 2-5 weeks with the cheapest shipping option.
